I just found out that the amazing and beautiful mixed-media artist, Janice Lowry, slipped away from this world on September 20, 2009. I thank the equally beautiful Pam Garrison for her post about Janice and want to share this beautiful video with all of you here. Janice Lowry is the type of woman/artist I want to be when I grow up. So I best get busy right now….

Have you been to Janic’s blog, now maintained by her wonderful husband. They tell the entire story of her illness and art and the grace that the whole family shows is truely inspiring and stunning!! a must read!! She is also going to be featured in the Winter issue of WHere Women Create and I can’t wait till it comes out!!
With artists and more importanly women out in the world like Janice and you, we all have alot of work to do but such wonderful models to work towards!!
